Abstract: 在THERMECMASTOR-Z热模拟机上,利用热膨胀法测定了XER70S-6钢在1030℃变形50%再快冷至880℃后的连续冷却相变曲线(CCT曲线),在Leica Q550光学显微镜下检测冷却后的组织.结果表明,奥氏体化的低碳钢低速冷却后的组织主要由粗大的铁素体和少量颗粒状珠光体组成;提高连续冷却速度,可以降低其相变开始温度并缩短相变持续时间,细化组织,并伴随着珠光体的逐渐消失及贝氏体、马氏体的生成.
