Abstract: 研究了外圆磨削淬硬试验中磨削用量对表面淬硬层组织的影响.结果表明,磨削深度ap=0.2 mm时,外圆磨削淬硬件表层局部存在未淬硬区;磨削深度ap>0.2 mm时,由于砂轮切入和切出时磨削热的作用,表面淬硬层局部存在回火区.淬硬区和回火区具有相同的显微硬度分布规律,但各区的最高硬度值随着该区组织的不同而异.在实际应用中,通过合理组合磨削深度ap和进给速度vw,可获得满意的外圆磨削表面淬硬层.
