Abstract: 用金相显微镜、透射电镜和电子拉伸机研究了固溶时效处理对Ti-15-3合金组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明,Ti-15-3合金经固溶与时效处理后,析出的针状α相随原始β相晶粒尺寸的增大而变得细小、均匀,合金的强度增大,塑性降低;在α相析出形式一致的前提下,强度的高低取决于α相的尺寸和α相所占体积分数;在650~710 ℃高温时效状态下,温度越高析出的α相越少且尺寸细小.因此,合金的强度和塑性受α相的数量、大小、均匀性等综合因素的影响.
