Abstract: 通过化学成分分析、硬度检测、宏观以及微观分析等方法,对40Cr钢齿轮齿面发生点状剥落的原因进行了分析.结果表明,由于齿轮在渗氮处理前期,炉内发生了严重的短时超温,使经过调质处理的齿轮在渗氮前又发生了先期退火,造成基体组织强度和硬度过低,在强大接触负荷作用下,齿面发生了接触疲劳而造成点状剥落.
