Abstract: 对失效的65Mn弹性卡箍进行了化学成分、显微组织、断口形貌等分析,结果表明,失效卡箍材料显微组织粗大,Sn、As含量偏高,导致材料韧性降低,在装配过程中部分卡箍开裂并最终发生沿晶脆性断裂.通过优选卡箍材料和热处理工艺,提高了弹性卡箍的质量,改进后的技术已用于生产.
