Abstract: 为解决发射载荷下战斗部的发射安全性,建立战斗部的模型,通过ANSYS/LS-DYAN非线性有限元程序进行数值计算,研究发射载荷下装药内部孔隙的动力响应特性,研究孔隙尺度对变形特性的影响规律.结果表明,孔隙等效尺寸大于2.8mm时,可能形成有害的"热点",此时"热点"的最高温度接近200℃,"热点"的能量达到mJ量级.
