Abstract: 一、柴油机排气管不断冒火  柴油机出现排气管出口处发生窜火现象(排气管会被烧红),或机车在夜间行驶时排气管有冒火星现象.主要产生的原因有:(1)气门间隙过大,致使气门迟开早闭,排气过程中不能充分排出废气,使机温过高.(2)供油时间过迟,以致燃油在气缸内不能完全燃烧,而进入排气管后又遇到过热的空气,导致排气管冒火.(3)喷油泵供油量过大,或供油量忽大忽小,或喷油器严重漏油.(4)排气门弹簧弹力不足,甚至折断,或气门锁夹脱落,使柴油机在高速运转时排气门关闭过迟,导致进入气缸的可燃混合气被排出一部分,在排气管出口处燃烧冒火.(5)正时齿轮在传动过程中出现因松动而引起的相对位移,或凸轮轴上链槽有偏差、凸轮轴夹角有偏差等,都将导致柴油机在高速运转时排气管不断冒火、放炮(此时窜火的火势急而不带烟).……
