Abstract: 在卧式感应淬火自动生产线上,采用"O"形感应圈对短轴类零件(滚柱)进行感应淬火,用目视法分析了硬化层的形态.结果表明,前面滚柱的尾部和后面滚柱的头部硬化层均不均匀,前者局部过深,后者局部过浅.这是由于滚柱首尾连接处的间隙对"O"形感应圈的磁场产生了屏蔽作用所致.采用"П"形感应圈后,基本消除了屏蔽影响,使滚柱整体获得均匀的硬化层.
