Abstract: 三、营养合理、膳食平衡是保证身心健康的物质基础。人体大约由100万亿个细胞构成,每个细胞由六种营养素组成,因此人体需要六种营养素,即碳水化合物(糖类)、脂肪、蛋白质、维生素、微量元素(矿物质)和水,各类营养素在体内,各有其功能,缺一不可,相互间既有联系又不能代替。为了保证机体健康,我们吃的食物必需做到种类齐全、数量充足、比例合适,这就叫平衡膳食。平衡膳食包括以下六类食物:①米、面、杂粮;②豆类、薯类;③肉、蛋、奶;④动、植物油脂;⑤蔬菜、水果;⑥盐、醋、酱等调味品。
