Abstract: <正>前几年我得了胃下垂,后来采取仰卧锻炼腹肌的方法,收到了较好的治疗效果。具体做法是:仰卧挺胸仰卧床上,以头和脚作支撑,用力将胸部挺起,一起一落10~20次。每日早晚各做一遍。仰卧抬头平卧床上,双手扶住头的枕部,头尽量向上抬高,停3—5秒钟后放下。每天早晚各做10—20次。
