Abstract: <正> 实践证明,坚持锻炼身体,对焦虑、抑郁等心理障碍有积极的治疗作用。焦虑是一种恐惧和不安的不愉快状态,它是一切神经症的基础,也与其他变态心理现象相联系。抑郁是指一个人情绪极度低落、沮丧,感到痛苦,对周围环境失去兴趣,活动减少,思维贫乏,丧失自尊心,进而自罪自责,甚至出现强烈的自杀意向。焦虑和抑郁轻者表现为心理障碍,达到一定的程度,就是神经症,再严重者就是精神病。
