Abstract: 喜欢运动的同学应该都有这样的经验:"一到夏天,运动场上肌肉抽筋的事特别多"。肌肉抽筋有些人不会当事,把肌肉扳过来后,接着跑步或打球,跟没事人儿一样,但也有一些同学,在抽筋发生过后,一两个星期抽筋的部位都隐隐作痛。虽然抽筋并不是特别严重的运动伤害,但处理不当就会引发肌肉损伤,而且,抽筋的滋味并不好受,相信有过经历的人都不愿意再次品尝。
