Abstract: 矫正肩部的不均衡不对称,不仅可以改善肩部的形态,以调整身体的线条,并且可以使颈椎、脊柱逐步恢复正常曲线,使呼吸以及循环系统的工作更畅通。并且有效缓解背痛、颈椎痛以及头痛现象。改善胸腺以及甲状腺的荷尔蒙功能,使人体产生安定感。当然,除了借助瑜伽运动之外,日常生活中也要有意识地调整习惯,保持身体的均衡。特别是在伏案看书写字、背书包或拿重物时要保持身体的端正和称定,不要发生倾斜。
