Abstract: 高血压病是世界上最常见的心血管痛之一,2002年中国18岁及以上成年人高血压患病率为18.8%.估计全国患病人数高达1.8亿,目前高血压病已成为严重危害中国居民健康的重大公共卫生问题.本文从4个方面综述了营养干预在高血压痛治疗方面的研究进展:(1)高血压病患者的膳食状况;(2)膳食指南对预防和控制人群高血压痛的作用;(3)调整高血压的膳食疗法;(4)低钠膳食控制高血压的作用.
