Abstract: 汾酒的文化底蕴极为深厚。据汾酒陈列室馆馆藏的陶瓷酒器、甲骨文和诗词等史料考证,山西是我国白酒的发源地,山西的杏花村是名优白酒的始发地。我国的酿酒工艺最早是由山西传入陕西,然后传到四川、贵州等地,最后传遍了祖国的四面八方。这一美丽的传说曾被载入地方志和酒史中。20世纪80年代后,全国各大名优酒厂竞相争雄,自然回避此说。但是,晋商对于山西酒和老陈醋的传媒作用功不可没,优秀的中华文化总是一脉相承的。
