Abstract:  提肛,即主动、有意识而规律地收缩肛门及会阴部的肌肉以达到防病健身效果的运动.提肛运动简便易行,在日常的行、走、坐、卧,甚至驾车或做其它运动时,都可配合进行.其具体做法即:放松全身,集中思想,用力夹紧大腿,配合吸气,舌舐上腭,吸气时稍微用力,用意念有意识地将肛门连同会阴一起提升,似忍大便.
