Abstract: 研究了20CrMoH钢奥氏体化时的晶粒长大倾向,以获得最佳的渗碳温度.结果表明,20CrMoH钢的奥氏体晶粒随奥氏体化温度升高而逐渐长大,符合晶粒长大的一般规律,并且在950 ℃以下奥氏体均能保持较细的晶粒度.为防止奥氏体晶粒急剧粗化,渗碳温度应控制在950 ℃以下,最佳温度为930 ℃.
