Effect of Cooling Rate on Bainite and its Morphology in 508 Steel

Abstract: 508钢是一种核电工业用钢.采用Gleeble1500D热模拟机、光学金相显微镜和扫描电镜研究了508钢从奥氏体化温度以不同速度冷却后的贝氏体组织形貌,并测定了显微硬度.结果表明,508钢奥氏体化后以0.1~7.0℃/s的速度冷却,将依次获得粒状贝氏体、上贝氏体和下贝氏体,硬度逐渐上升,最小值约为260 HV,最大值约为440 HV.
