Preparation and Characterization of Nanometer Zirconia via Explosive Detonation Technique

Abstract: 采用爆炸法制备了粒径为11.5~16.55 nm纳米多晶氧化锆粉末.借助热重分析(TG-DTA)、煅烧试验研究了气相氧化温度对最终粉体性能的影响,通过x射线衍射、拉曼光谱、透射电镜(TEM)等手段对前驱体和产品进行了表征.结果表明,改变氧化温度可实现对粉体晶相组成的控制,该法大大缩短了晶体高温生长时间从而有效抑制了纳米粉体团聚,所制备的粉末为为分散性良好的纳米四方/单斜氧化锆多晶.
