Abstract: 为提高含大量高能固体填料硝胺发射药的力学性能,在其中加入一定量(质量分数为2%)的聚氨酯热塑性弹性体(TPE).采用低温落锤冲击韧性试验、简支梁抗冲击强度和密闭爆发器试验,研究了聚氨酯热塑性弹性体对硝胺发射药力学性能和静态燃烧性能的影响.研究表明,聚氨酯热塑性弹性体能有效提高硝胺发射药的低温落锤冲击韧性和抗冲击强度,并能使硝胺发射药的燃速降低约10%,燃速压力指数降低约2%.
