Abstract: 本文通过人工加速老化试验,对透明玻璃钢的透光率及强度测试,研究了聚三氟乙烯涂层、防老化薄膜及富树脂保护层对透明聚酯玻璃钢的老化性能影响.结果表明,聚三氟乙烯涂层对紫外线的防护效果最好,防老化薄膜次之,富树脂保护层最差.常温耐水性试验证明,聚三氟乙烯涂层和防老化薄膜对透光玻璃钢的耐水性均有较大幅度提高,在较高温度下,贴防老化薄膜的透明玻璃钢的耐水性最佳.无论在什么老化条件下,表面有保护层(三种中任一种)的透明玻璃钢的耐老化性能都比没有保护层的透明玻璃钢好.
