Abstract: 采用半固态机械搅拌法制备不同粒度的SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料,研究SiC粒度对复合材料的微观组织、硬度及耐磨性能的影响.结果表明,粒度为100 um时,复合材料中SiC颗粒分布均匀,没有明显的团聚现象,布氏硬度值最大,相对磨损率最小.其磨损机理是较软的铝基体对SiC颗粒起很好的支撑效果,使镶嵌在合金基体中耐磨的SiC颗粒对合金基体起到保护作用,减少粘着磨损的发生.
