Abstract: 通过外观及断口形貌观察、显微组织分析、化学成分及硬度检测,对30CrMnSiA钢制吊耳断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:吊耳为过载断裂,吊耳实际组织为铁素体、珠光体和贝氏体,并非设计要求的回火索氏体组织,并且其硬度远低于设计要求,由此造成的抗拉强度不足是吊耳发生低应力过载断裂的主要原因,吊耳横梁处的锻造流线与拉、剪应力方向平行进一步削弱了吊耳的承载能力。通过合理控制吊耳淬火温度和冷却速率,改自由锻为模锻,该问题得以解决。
