Abstract: 采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等检测工具,分析了某柴油机活塞产生裂纹的原因。分析结果表明:活塞表面的初晶硅在热循环的作用下开裂形成微裂纹,燃烧室边缘的高温降低了微裂纹扩展所需尺寸的门槛值,从而导致燃烧室边缘的微裂纹扩展形成宏观裂纹,活塞失效。
