Abstract: 通过对不完全固井的油层套管在实施全井(喷砂)压裂作业中的受力分析,指出导致套管井下发生破裂的主要原因是现场施工作业不规范,对于41/2"~51/2"的油层套管不采用下油管+封隔器的加砂压裂施工方式,而采用全井喷砂压裂的施工方式,同时固井水泥又未返高至井口,导致在非固井段的油层套管承受内+压拉伸+弯曲等多重载荷作用,并因过载而失效。
