Abstract: 对S135钢级的钻杆外螺纹接头螺纹根部出现的裂纹采用宏观观、察裂纹金相分析,裂纹面扫描形貌观察,腐蚀产物能谱分析等手段进行综合分析,判定裂纹性质为疲劳裂纹。导致该钻杆疲劳裂纹萌生的主要原因是由于螺纹脂涂抹不/螺均纹脂质量不好或上扣扭矩过大导致螺纹牙表面形成一层马氏体白亮层,这种组织较脆,在交变应力的作用下容易萌生疲劳裂纹。另外钻井液的腐蚀性和地层中过高的氯离子含量将促进腐蚀坑的形成,对疲劳裂纹的萌生、扩展亦起到一定的促进作用。
