Abstract: 采用宏观、微观及SEM等检测方法,对35CrMo钢托轮轴断裂原因进行了检测分析。结果表明,由于托轮轴锻造过程中始锻及终锻温度过高,造成锻件严重过热,晶粒粗大,使其力学性能低R下p0.2,、AKU低于标准规定,尤其是冲击吸收能A量KU远低于标准值。当托轮轴运行时,在轴心缺陷区域产生应力集中引发裂纹源,导致托轮轴瞬时脆性开裂。
