Abstract: 某调峰机组再热器联箱内壁发生腐蚀。腐蚀形貌观察与腐蚀产物能谱分析表明,该腐蚀为点蚀,机组停用积水的溶解氧是导致点蚀的根本原因。受机组运行模式的影响,该点蚀产生以下特征:腐蚀发生在停用积水水线下,特别严重的区域为近水线附近、联箱管孔下部积水流淌区域、根部焊缝及其两侧熔合线;蚀坑口呈开放状,腐蚀产物未覆盖其上;运行时受蒸汽冲刷程度强烈的区域,蚀孔呈规则圆形,分散分布,冲刷程度相对较弱的区域,蚀孔数量减少,呈不规则圆形,部分蚀孔发生聚集。为了防止停用期间的腐蚀,在采用相应停用保护措施的前提下,还必须消除存在的积水。
