Abstract: 分析正火及不同时间模拟消除应力热处理对S355J0钢板力学性能及微观组织的影响。结果表明,随着模拟消除应力热处理时间的增加,其强度、硬度及韧性均有不同程度的下降,主要原因在于钢中析出相的长大及位错密度的降低或消失。而钢中由于仍保留一定数量的细小析出相,使得钢板在模拟消除应力热处理保温24 h后的性能仍能够满足要求。
