Abstract: <正>微波炉用途广泛,但也有很多说法,说它危险重重,包括微波会把人"烤熟"、会使食物产生致癌物,用微波炉加热饭盒会产生令人闻风丧胆的塑化剂。究竟事实是否如此?怎样用微波炉才安全?Q:用微波炉加热食物到底有没有害?A:微波加热的原理是通过磁场方向的变化,让极性分子迅速旋转,从而通过分子的运动而产生热量。在食物当中,最主要、最大量的极性分子就是水分子,所以,富含水分的食物比较适合用微波炉加热。
