Abstract: <正>主料:低筋面粉125克、酸奶130克、黑葡萄干30克、白糖115克、鸡蛋6个、色拉油30克配料:盐1/4茶匙、塔塔粉1/2茶匙、中筋面粉2茶匙、朗姆酒2汤匙、大杏仁片适量制作:1、黑葡萄干洗净沥干水分,加入朗姆酒浸泡30分钟。2、鸡蛋打开蛋黄放入大碗中。3、蛋清放入盆中。4、蛋黄中放入酸奶、色拉油、盐、25克白糖,搅拌至白糖溶化。5、蛋黄糊中筛入低筋面粉。6、轻轻搅拌至无面粉颗粒,面糊光滑。
