Abstract: 以双孢菇和菊花为主要原料,采用单因素试验和正交试验的方法对双孢菇菊花复合饮料的生产工艺进行了研究。研究结果表明:双孢菇菊花饮料的最佳配方为即配比1∶2、提取液所占饮料比1∶10、白砂糖添加量10%和柠檬酸添加量0.10%,可使产品综合品质最优。
