Abstract: 目的探讨GSTμ亚型酶活性的高低与苯白血病之间的关系.方法采用三氯醋酸(TCA)同步终止法对34例苯白血病患者血清谷胱甘肽转移酶M1(GST μ)亚型酶活性进行了测定.结果苯白血病患者GSTμ亚型酶活性较白血病患者和正常人群低,而白血病患者GSTμ亚型酶活性与对照组差异无显著性.在GSTμ缺失的情况下,无GSTμ亚型酶活性;但在GSTμ基因携带的情况下,有的样品中GSTμ亚型酶活性极低,甚至为零.若GSTμ基因携带者的μ亚型酶活性下降到一定的量值,则可能发生苯白血病或白血病,即白血病的发生主要取决于GSTμ亚型酶活性;而苯白血病的发生是由GSTμ基因缺失率增加和GSTμ基因携带者的GST亚型酶活性缺失或极低这两个条件来决定的.GSTμ亚型酶活性缺失或极低可能是苯致白血病的原因.结论 GSTμ亚型酶活性改变可能是苯致白血病的重要因素之一.
