Abstract: According to the Continuity equation of fluid and relevant mechanical equations, two basic differential equations are derived Which reveal the interrelation between the Volumetrie strain of the rock and the fluid pressure in the pores. Through comparison and analysis of these two equations, We have Come to a Conclusion that the Change of rock Volume Causes the liquid pressure in the pores a marked Change in a Completely or relatively closed state. On the Contrary, the Corresponding Change of gas pressure is very small, At the Same time, We have explained Some Ofher phenomena.Finally, we have presented some opinions for Water inrush mechanism at the floor of Coal Seam and have proposed a new method for strengthening the resistivity against dynamic load.
