Abstract: <正> 为了描述聚氯乙烯塑料等温老化过程,曾运用了下述数学模型: m=m0exp(一Ktx) (1)式中m=m(t)及m0=m(O)——分别为聚氯乙烯塑料试样的当时质量及初始质量(克);K——增塑剂解吸速率(C-0.625);t——时间(s),x=0.625。该数学模型是以通过最小二乘法的评估值(m’0,K’)求得实验数据的全苏标准OCT 16.0.800.305-84(附录7)为基础的。但是,对于有些型号的聚氯乙烯塑料来说,该模型则不是十分精确。现举例说明之。图1~3显示的实验数据,是根据非填充的H40-13A型聚氯乙烯(标准)试样(配方8/2,ΠT-1),增塑剂含量过多的AΠB型一段导线(ΠT-2)以及填充的ИM-30-9型聚氯乙烯试样(ΠT-3)等温老化时测得的。
