Abstract: 栽培植物的生长室尺寸为60×60×85厘米,光照5—10毫瓦·厘米-2ΦAP,温度10—40℃,空气湿度60—90%,培养基为土壤。气体计量装置是由一个叶室和通有不同组分载带气体的通道组成的三通开放系统。借助供气装置向载带气体流掺入14CO2。整个装置能使叶片在含有14CO2的大气中曝光,并同时记录12CO2气体交换强度,从而为研究光合作用的涨落和转化过程的动力学开辟了新的途径。
