Abstract: 本文探讨了在镀铁液中加入Al2O3粉的复合镀铁和镀铁后进行渗硼处理工艺。试验证明:复合镀铁可进一步提高镀层的耐磨性;镀铁后渗硼处理,不但提高了耐磨性,而且使镀层与基体的结合强度大大增加,克服了镀层脆性大,易剥落的弊病。同时发现,镀铁后渗硼所获得的硼化物形貌不同于钢件单独渗硼。本文还分析并验证了镀层中存在的不规则条纹系因氢气的析出而导致的显微裂纹。
