Abstract: 当γ射线辐照种子的剂量增加时,番茄抗疫素产生能力显著下降,反映在坏死叶片组织中其含量减少。从辐射后代中选出了5个抗晚疫病的突变体,第三代所形成的抗疫素分别比侵染的对照植株多14.2、10.2、3.9、3.4及3.1~*倍。结论认为,在晚疫病感染的反应中,抗性与抗疫素形成能力有关。因此番茄抗疫素在免疫上是有价值的。同时,它的积累起着诱发抗病机制的作用。
