Abstract: 本文分析并用实验方法证实了采用发光二极管(LED)作光源的光纤干涉传感器。这种传感器装置采用二只串联而成的法布里-珀罗干涉仪(FPI),一只供传感用,另一只作为基准用。LED的输出光,由来自传感的FPI的反射光进行光谱调制。然后,经过基准FPI的反射或传输,产生类似于采用激光器和一只传感干涉仪一起时所观察到的那种干涉差拍响应。当二只干涉仪的光程长度相等时,就获得最佳的干涉条纹可见度,而当光程差远大于LED的相干长度时,干涉条纹就消失,在使传感FPI的温度变化,以及使基准FPI的温度保持恒定的几次实验中,证实了理论分析所预期的性能。
