Abstract: 本文着重研究了双金属手锯条的热处理工艺。根据W6MoSCr4V2和50CrNiMo-VA两种钢的奥氏体连续冷却转变曲线,对各种热处理方法、硬度、金相组织和切削性能进行了对比试验。实践证明,采用盐浴炉整体加热处理是可行的。处理后,锯条齿部硬度大于HRC67时易崩刃,小于HRC62时不耐磨。锯条淬火后进行一次低温回火或一次软氮化处理对提高锯条的力学性能及切削寿命是有益的。
