Abstract: 本文运用系列冲击试验法研究了临界区热处理对抑制Cr17Ni2钢高温回火脆性的效果。试验结果表明,Cr17Ni2钢在550℃回火后,延性一脆性转变温度上升。扫描电镜观察发现,随试验温度升高,常规热处理的冲击断口形貌由沿晶断裂变为韧窝型断裂,临界区处理试件由准解理断裂变为韧窝型断裂。俄歇电子谱仪分析结果表明,Cr17Ni2钢经常规处理后钢中磷、铬、镍在原奥氏体晶界偏聚显著。Cr17Ni2钢虽属含铬、镍较多的高合金钢,但本试验表明,临界区热处理可有效地抑制其高温回火脆性。
