Abstract: <正> 目前,国内外广泛采用水溶性聚合物淬火介质。这类新型淬火介质具有冷却能力强,易于调节、不会燃烧、成本低和改善车间工作环境等一系列优点。我们在研究聚丙烯酰胺淬火介质(PAM介质)的基础上,研制一种水溶性羟乙基纤维素淬火介质(HEC 介质)。这两种介质的冷却特性相仿,但 PAM 介质在淬火过程中产生有气味的蒸汽,而 HEC 介质完全无毒无味,因而更为优越。
