Abstract: 本文探讨了20、45、T8、T12钢经950℃×4h涂料硼锆共渗层的组织和相结构。光学金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜分析结果表明,共渗层主要由(Fe、Zr)B,(Fe、Zr)3(C、B)相组成,还有Zr2Fe,Zr4Fe等化合物。与单元渗硼相似,共渗层具有梳齿状特征。表面疏松区有所减少。疏松区内有Fe、Zr、Si、Al等元素。共渗层与渗硼层比较具有较好的耐蚀性、高温抗氧化性、耐磨性和较低的脆性。因此,硼锆共渗是一种值得推广的新型化学热处理工艺。
