Abstract: 高速钢钻头用尿素水溶液添加含氮及硫、硼的物质,在540~560℃进行滴注式气体氧碳氮硫、氧碳氮硼四元共渗及氧碳氮硫硼五元共渗,与用尿素水溶液氧氮化工艺相比,不仅渗层组织发生变化,渗层深度,渗层硬度及红硬性、抗弯强度、冲击韧性、耐磨性均显著提高。特别是经五元共渗的高速钢钻头耐用度比原氧氮化的提高1倍。多元共渗工艺设备简单、操作方便,适于中小企业大量生产使用。
