Abstract: 氰戊菊酯(Fen)可明显降低大鼠坐骨神经传导潜速率,并对大鼠股外侧肌电图的轻、重收缩波波幅降低,轻收缩波的时限可有所延长;Fen可使MDA、GSSG升高,GSH下降,说明Fen对神经细胞膜的脂质成分有一定的氧化毒性;Fen还可使神经细胞膜完整性破坏,胞体和线粒体肿胀;神经髓鞘结构模糊和板层的可分离性裂隙增大。关键词
