Abstract: 盛装液化石油气的槽车经用户使用一段时间后,曾数次发生安全阀弹簧断裂事故。本文借助于扫描电镜,X—射线结构分析仪等分析手段,观察了断裂弹簧的显微组织及断口形貌,分析了腐蚀产物的化学成分和结构。结果查明,弹簧的断裂是由于液化石油气中含有 H2S 和 H2O 所引起的硫化氢腐蚀开裂所造成的。对弹簧表面进行了防护处理,尤以Cu—Ni—Cr 复合镀层的弹簧抗硫化氢腐蚀开裂的性能最佳。本文还讨论了弹簧改进设计,降低硬度等改进措施。
