Abstract: 微小型矩形连接器,其插孔是内孔直径为Φ0.56mm、长度为7mm的通孔零件。由于微深孔等原因,使插孔内外镀液交换十分困难,从而使孔内壁电镀存在很大难度。采用常规电镀工艺仅仅解决通孔二端的电镀问题,而中间根本镀不上金属。本文根据超声波原理,探讨超声波电渡机理,进行超声波电镀试验。通过优化镀前处理,使用与超声波相配镀液,基本上完成微小型矩形连接器深孔镀金任务,满足重点工程新型连接器技术要求。
