Abstract: This paper presents a calculation model for theevaluation of slope stability with finite elementmethod in consideration of The non-homogeneousmechanical property of slope rock mass and nonu-niform scepage force distribution of groundwater aswell as the change of groundwater with time.Theextample indicates that the seasonal change of prec-ipitation and groundwater table result in the changeof slope stability with time.
