Abstract: <正> 重水(D2O)中的氘在高等植物中产生的生物学效应比在微生物中更复杂。D2O 影响最大的是初生分生组织。Euler 在大麦种子发芽前用25%或40%的 D2O 浸种25小时,发现种子膨胀后氘的影响最明显,并延期发芽。本实验用大麦种子第一叶分生组织大致同步的细胞群研究了与细胞周期相关的氘的同位素效应。
