Abstract: 提出以过硫酸铵为氧化剂,β-环糊精为增稳增敏剂,4-氨基安替比林为显色剂的新光度体系。实验表明,在pH值为10的氨—氯化铵缓冲溶液中,酚类化合物如苯酚可被(NH4)2S2O8充分氧化并与4-氨基安替比林络合成橙色的吲哚酚氨替比林染料,在β-环糊精的作用下,反应灵敏度明显提高,且有色染料的稳定性提高到2h以上,较目前常用的以铁氰化钾为氧化剂的4-氨基安替比林光度法灵敏度和稳定性均有较大提高。实际应用方法可
